About the event
Mission statement: Our Mission is to assist with stabilizing families impacted by Gun Violence through Nurse Case Management services and a pathway for our youth to develop life skills and sustainability.
Testimonials: Our PGM Family has successfully honored survivors and the families of those lost to gun violence, as well as many affected by it. We have the chance to provide even more families, including those we currently support, with food assistance and rental aid to prevent homelessness. We offer free nurse case management services and need financial support to continue purchasing food for our youth and their families. We provide a variety of resources, including mental health activities, community engagements for youth and families, academic resources for those needing tutoring or employment assistance, gun safety resources, and more throughout the year.
